My Background
Having moved from India to the UK aged 10, I embrace a multi-cultural world looking to learn from those around me. Through school and beyond, I always strived to be the best achieving 8 A*s, 2 As in GCSEs, 3 A*s, 2 As at A level and graduated with 1st class honours in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London
Outside of the classroom, I spend my free time indulging in sports, participating in Bollywood dancing, being charitable and travelling. I firmly believe that any task is always completed by bringing out the best in those around you: both personal and professional. Below are some of my highlights.

Bollywood Dancing

Throughout my time at university, I have participated in numerous dance events ranging from East Meets West (EMW): the longest running student entertainment show to Just Bollywood (JB): the largest student competition between universities. I have enhanced both my social and professional skills through the variety of opportunities.
Having placed 1st in JB, I was able to identify some key outcomes. Firstly, how to manage a variety of goals with 50 hour rehearsal weeks and university deadlines. The importance of working together in stressful, time-critical deadlines and the ability to handle success and failure through a diverse set of outcomes in the competitions.
Badminton | Player and Coach

Playing for the last 15 years, I am proud to have competed at a national level across the UK circuit. Along the way, I gained invaluable experience around determination in tireless training sessions, meticulous time management across training and academics, networking across the plethora of new faces and grit from rising up everytime I lost.
On the flip side to competing, I am a qualified Badminton England Level 1 coach. Through this, I have had the opportunity to help others build from the ground up; taking beginners through the journey of falling in love with the sport. My listening, organizational and communication skills have been augmented along the way
